NOT take any of these dresses to have and to hold. In fact, some of these dresses look as if they were rejecting me! Ha! As my wedding anniversary approaches, I think back on my wedding day and all the little details. It’s funny because I just showed Hunter all the wedding dresses I looked at before I found “the one” and in the classic Hunter way he said, “Your dress was so beautiful and perfect”. A girl can’t help but swoon. Anyway, why am I showing you these? It’s normal to only see the perfect outfits, but what we don’t see are all the outfits or ideas that didn’t work. Sometimes it takes a minute to find that perfect look and fit and that’s ok. I love looking back at these to remind myself of that and because I stayed open, I really think I found the perfect dress for me, my body type, and my personality. Also, thank goodness The Clothing Therapist is so creative and ran with me when I told her I wanted a hoodie-like accessory for my dress. It took a bit, but we finally got the whole look exactly the way I wanted it.
