How To Stay Positive

Positivity isn't easy...

but it's important. For one, when I'm being positive I just feel better. Sure there are times where I'd love to be negative, but I have to stop and ask myself, "Do I feel any better being negative?" The answer is usually no. Self-soothing is something I wish they taught in school.  I would've preferred a class on emotional intelligence vs. trigonometry that I NEVER use. Being human and navigating all these emotions is hard so here are the ways I balance my emotions and keep things on the up!
