Your perfect summer coffee…
this fruity, bubbly, chilled coffee drink is the way to sip through summer!
Ingredients:
5 oz concentrated iced coffee
1 tbsp honey
3 oz grapefruit topo chico or pamplemousse la croix
Cocoa powder to dust
Whipped cream to top
Ice
Instructions
Stir honey and coffee using a whisk to dilute it. Set aside. For how to brew cold coffee click here.
Add ice cubes in the cup and then pour cold coffee. Add sparkling water. It will be bubbly at the top, you can stir it if you want.
Add the whipped cream and even it out with a butter knife. Center the stencil on the top of the cup. Dust with cocoa powder. Be generous to make a perfect shape. Enjoy!
